We made it to the last week of block building for our Halloween Medallion Quilt Along!
How'd you do after making all those flying geese?
You're not too sick of them I hope!
This week we will be making 24 Plus Blocks for the third border of our quilt.
There have been lots of Plus Blocks floating around the quilting internet world,
like the low volume plus block by Rachel Wooden Spoon,
but this one is just a little bit different.
As usual, I have included the cutting instructions for all 24 blocks in an image below.
But this time, I have also included a construction guide too!
The construction guide is like a super mini tutorial to help you sew your block together!
I suggest cutting out one block and test sewing it
to get the hang of it and make sure that you understand all the directions
(there are so many tiny pieces to cut, I'd hate for you to cut them all wrong!)
Then go ahead and cut all your pieces and chain piece them together!
When you production line chain piece these blocks, they really take no time at all.
And that's all there is to it!
